Lead the daily monitoring and operational support of Azure Data Lake pipelines. You will manage Managed Service Provider resources across multiple time zones to ensure platform stability and reliability.
Your responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, resolving technical issues, and maintaining comprehensive operational documentation. You will serve as the primary escalation point and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage Managed Service Provider resources across time zones
- Monitor Azure Data Lake pipelines and handle operational support
- Ensure platform stability through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Track SLA performance and drive corrective actions for breaches
- Communicate platform risks and performance issues to stakeholders
- Maintain operational documentation and troubleshooting procedures
- Serve as primary escalation point and coach technical staff
What you'll need
- Minimum five years of recent data operations management experience
- Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks
- Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
- Familiarity with Generative and Agentic AI concepts
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to develop clear technical and operational documentation
- Proven success in meeting SLAs and performance metrics
