You will manage a team of embedded analysts serving as the central analytics hub for Go-to-Market functions. Your focus is on delivering trusted insights, improving decision speed, and converting recurring questions into durable self-service tools.
This leadership role requires deep analytical judgment and strong SQL skills. You will balance people management with hands-on technical oversight, ensuring high-quality reporting and fostering an AI-native workflow within the team.
What you'll do
- Lead analysts embedded in Marketing, Sales, and Support teams
- Build operating models for intake, prioritization, and QA
- Coach analysts on funnel reporting and campaign performance
- Partner with leaders to clarify ambiguous business questions
- Review SQL, dashboards, and metric definitions for accuracy
- Identify opportunities for self-service and AI automation
- Apply advanced analytics to forecasting and segmentation
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation
- Develop analysts through feedback and growth paths
What you'll need
- 6+ years in analytics, finance, or revenue operations
- 3+ years managing analysts or analytics-adjacent teams
- Strong expertise in GTM metrics and funnels
- Proficient in SQL and analytical reasoning
- Comfortable with statistics and advanced analytics concepts
- Ability to operate with urgency and precision
- Experience building trust through data quality standards
- Skilled in coaching and performance management
- Active user of modern AI tools for workflow efficiency
Nice to have
- Background in investment banking or FP&A
- Experience with high-intensity analytical environments
