What you'll do
- Provide direct supervision for maintenance engineers
- Develop and maintain operations policies and procedures
- Design alerts and run books for fault detection
- Evaluate technical skills and determine training needs
- Support resolution of high-severity technical incidents
- Manage remote assets and vendor escalations
What you'll need
- Six or more years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in Internet infrastructure environments
- Background in routing and access networks
- Experience managing remote global technical teams
- Familiarity with data center portals and NOC environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
