You will define end-to-end technical architecture for SAP SuccessFactors projects, overseeing design documents and integration strategies. The role includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality delivery on large-scale global implementations.
As a trusted advisor, you will facilitate workshops and translate technical concepts into business value for C-suite stakeholders. You will also coach a team of consultants, contribute to business development, and apply AI-driven solutions to enhance client outcomes.
What you'll do
- Define technical architecture for SuccessFactors deployments
- Oversee system landscapes and complex integration strategies
- Lead technical workstreams on global implementations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Serve as advisor to client HR and IT leadership
- Facilitate workshops and guide cloud architecture practices
- Oversee data migration and external system integrations
- Coach and develop a team of technical consultants
- Assist with technical scoping and proposal writing
- Apply AI-enabled solutions to enhance business performance
What you'll need
- Minimum five years recent SAP HR/HCM experience
- Three years in consulting or client-facing lead roles
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business or related field
- Hands-on experience with CPI, Boomi, or PI/PO
- Strong understanding of SSO and role-based permissions
- Led at least three full-lifecycle implementations
- Active SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
