You will lead a small engineering team responsible for the infrastructure underpinning agentic software development. Your work focuses on designing LLM Wikis, AWS Bedrock knowledge bases, and automation tools that connect Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and AI agents to streamline coding and program management.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and support of LLM Wiki and AWS Bedrock knowledge bases
- Design secure AI solutions using retrieval-augmented generation and tool calling
- Build integrations between AWS Kiro, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow APIs
- Automate defect creation and pull request routing across platforms
- Develop tools to help managers identify project risks and dependencies
- Ensure platform alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience with modern languages and cloud-native platforms
- Strong expertise in Python agentic AI patterns and LLM evaluation
- Experience building integrations with Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow
- Active CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or relevant tech certification
- Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week with US Tax professionals
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS Kiro or GitHub Copilot steering files
- Background in architecting knowledge bases for RAG systems
- Prior experience leading a platform engineering team
- Track record in technical transformation or modernization projects
