Join the leadership team of Agentis Capital Advisors as a Managing Director for Digital Infrastructure. You will drive growth by originating financial advisory mandates and leading SPAC and de-SPAC initiatives for data centers, fiber, and towers. The role combines high-level strategic advisory with direct mentorship of junior bankers.
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue M&A advisory opportunities in digital infrastructure and energy verticals
- Lead SPAC target origination and de-SPAC execution for public and private companies
- Serve as primary contact for investors, C-suite executives, and government officials
- Provide senior counsel on M&A, capital raising, and complex financing structures
- Mentor deal teams and assist in recruiting top talent for the practice
- Oversee end-to-end execution of advisory mandates to meet client standards
What you'll need
- Minimum ten years of investment banking experience with digital infrastructure focus
- Proven track record in origination, business development, and client management
- Demonstrated ability to structure and close sell-side M&A mandates
- Familiarity with SPAC and de-SPAC processes is strongly preferred
- Established network of clients in North America
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
