Lead the Pension & Retirement Plan Actuarial vertical at the company Constellation, a firm reimagining professional services through AI-backed efficiency. You will serve as the credentialed actuary of record while defining the service offering and growing a lean, high-margin practice.
Instead of managing large teams of analysts, you will leverage the company’s technology platform to handle data processing and calculations. This allows you to focus on technical judgment, client relationships, and strategic growth, serving more clients per person than traditional firms.
What you'll do
- Run the business unit end-to-end, including strategy, quality, and financial performance
- Provide credentialed actuarial sign-off on funding valuations and related work
- Originate and grow the client base using existing relationships or new networks
