Join Voodoo's Growth team, a transversal entity focused on maximizing mobile product potential through user acquisition and creative content. As part of the Creative Squad, you will transform games into compelling visual narratives that drive global user acquisition.
You will work across various genres, including hypercasual and hybrid games, using technical skills to adapt gameplay for advertising campaigns. This role blends development with marketing insights to create engaging ad creatives.
What you'll do
- Modify and iterate on over 20 game projects using Unity
- Adapt gameplay mechanics to suit advertising campaign needs
- Design custom animations, scenes, and environments for videos
- Implement code changes and rebranding for creative setups
- Record, edit, and upload gameplay footage for global tests
- Share modified builds with the marketing team for evaluation
- Analyze ad performance metrics and benchmark competitors
What you'll need
- Demonstrate strong ownership and adaptability in work habits
- Possess excellent proficiency in Unity development
- Show genuine interest in casual and hypercasual games
- Apply a creative and problem-solving hacker mindset
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D graphics design and modeling
- Familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Blender
- Deeper proficiency in graphic design software
