Join ElevenLabs as an engineer bridging frontend, data engineering, and marketing teams. You will ensure accurate conversion tracking, optimize script performance, and define event schemas to support large-scale paid advertising budgets.
The position requires close collaboration with the paid marketing team to debug discrepancies, implement server-to-server APIs, and maintain compliance with consent regulations across various markets.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end tag manager setup including server-side GTM containers
- Collaborate daily with marketing to fix bugs and set up new campaign tracking
- Build and maintain server-to-server conversion tracking like Meta CAPI
- Optimize tracking scripts to preserve pagespeed and Core Web Vitals
- Enforce consent handling and regional privacy restrictions across markets
- Define event schemas and UTM conventions for consistent data collection
- Implement monitoring and alerting to detect tracking breakage quickly
- Review pull requests for conversion events and assist with integrations
What you'll need
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend and app code
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and server-side implementations
- Proven track record implementing conversion APIs like Meta CAPI
- Expertise in debugging attribution discrepancies and pixel deduplication
- Solid understanding of web performance and Core Web Vitals impact
- Knowledge of consent modes, privacy laws, and SQL for data validation
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms like Segment or RudderStack
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as GA4 or Amplitude
- Working knowledge of Next.js framework
- Exposure to incrementality testing or media mix modelling
