You will lead the architecture, integration, and optimization of Meditech EHR systems within complex healthcare environments. The role requires deep technical expertise in Meditech Expanse and legacy platforms to align technology with clinical and operational business needs.
What you'll do
- Design and oversee Meditech system architecture and technical solutions
- Lead implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to align tech with business goals
- Provide leadership for interoperability and third-party integrations
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and workflows
- Develop architectural standards and technical documentation
What you'll need
- 7+ years of healthcare IT experience with Meditech expertise
- Strong knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Client/Server, and MAGIC
- Experience with enterprise EHR architecture and data migration
- Understanding of clinical and revenue cycle workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous consulting or large healthcare system support preferred
