Runway is developing world models to simulate reality, merging art and science to advance artificial intelligence. As a Senior Product Manager for Agents, you will lead the creation of agentic products that help creators and businesses generate video, image, and audio content.
You will work at the forefront of agentic product development, shaping how these tools assist customers in growing their businesses. The role requires hands-on involvement in both strategic planning and technical execution.
What you'll do
- Develop deep understanding of creative workflows through customer engagement
- Lead user interviews, competitive research, and prompt experimentation
- Create evaluation infrastructure and monitor agent performance regressions
- Scope projects ruthlessly to deliver high user value quickly
- Write and ship pull requests to directly improve product experience
- Enable sales and marketing teams with context for new feature launches
What you'll need
- 8+ years in software industry with AI or LLM product ownership
- Track record of improving revenue and adoption metrics
- Experience building agent products with tool use and planning loops
- Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information in fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for arguments and launches
