Join Clera as the fourth engineering hire to help automate headhunting processes with AI agents. You will work directly with the CTO and founding engineers to ship features daily and own product areas from concept to deployment.
The team builds agentic systems that connect top talent with VC-backed startups. This role offers significant equity and the chance to shape the product direction in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Collaborate constantly with the founding team in SF
- Iterate quickly based on direct customer feedback
What you'll need
- Very strong background in software engineering
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools like Cursor
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to work hard in an intense environment
