Join Actai to develop machine learning systems that bring intelligence to everyday workflows like email and calendar management. You will build and improve ML components, fine-tune models, and ensure high reliability in production environments without requiring complex user prompting.
What you'll do
- Build and enhance ML components for data, training, evaluation, and inference
- Fine-tune and adapt models within larger production systems
- Implement testing frameworks to analyze model behavior
- Maintain data pipelines for real-world and synthetic datasets
- Debug performance issues and production incidents
- Ship iterative improvements based on user feedback
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams
What you'll need
- Strong foundation in machine learning and neural architectures
- Experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models
- Ability to write production-quality code
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Capable of working through ambiguity with guidance
- Bias toward shipping and continuous improvement
