Join a team building proactive, AI-native applications for daily communication and coordination. The goal is to integrate intelligence into workflows with minimal prompting, starting with an agent-first mobile app.
You will own the development and deployment of ML models, improving accuracy and reliability for real-world users. The role involves solving practical problems in classification, search relevance and personalization.
What you'll do
- Build and improve ML models for classification, ranking and retrieval
- Optimize model accuracy, precision, latency and cost efficiency
- Enhance search relevance using embeddings and hybrid search techniques
- Develop personalization models that respect user privacy
- Create evaluation pipelines and labeled datasets for quality metrics
- Maintain training, inference and deployment pipelines
- Debug production issues and monitor model performance
What you'll need
- Strong foundation in machine learning and neural architectures
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments
- Background in classification, ranking or recommendation systems
- Understanding of model evaluation and performance metrics
- Ability to write production-quality code with real-world data
- Skill in balancing model quality with latency and cost
- Strong ownership and independent problem-solving abilities
