You will lead Manufacturing Execution System implementations and operational excellence projects for clients in various industries. The work focuses on enhancing production efficiency, quality, and traceability through digital solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead MES configuration, implementation, and integration with ERP and automation systems
- Drive shop floor digitization and operational excellence in production and quality
- Manage testing, deployment, training, and user adoption during project phases
- Support root cause analysis and delivery of Smart Factory solutions
- Mentor team members and provide clear technical guidance
- Collaborate with plant managers and IT teams to design efficient solutions
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7+ years in core manufacturing processes and plant operations
- 3+ years configuring and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems
- 3+ years leading systems integration projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and data architecture
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
Nice to have
- Experience with electronic batch records and traceability
- Knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and process historians
- Familiarity with OPC-UA/DA and MQTT communication protocols
- Ability to present technical concepts to business audiences
- Experience leading project teams in client service environments
