Join the Core Platform team to migrate backend services from a CMS vendor to owned systems, starting with authentication. You will build and maintain APIs in an AI-first workflow alongside senior engineers.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Golang
- Support migration of services away from CMS vendor, including authentication
- Deploy and operate services on Google Cloud and AWS platforms
- Write tests and maintain healthy CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in code reviews, planning, and on-call rotations
- Utilize enterprise AI tools in daily development workflow
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in backend engineering
- Production experience with Java or Golang and willingness to use both
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud or AWS managed services
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of unit/integration testing and CI/CD practices
- Daily use of AI coding assistants
- Fluent English communication skills
