As an MSP Implementation Manager at CAI, you will guide client programs from initial discovery through launch and transition to operations. You serve as the central coordination point, ensuring implementations align with client expectations, standards, and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is an organized, client-focused professional experienced in leading complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. You will translate business requirements into actionable plans and drive project execution.
What you'll do
- Lead client discovery sessions to define objectives and requirements
- Translate requirements into detailed implementation plans and timelines
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
- Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Support transition from implementation to ongoing program operations
- Capture lessons learned to improve future implementations
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Project Management
- 4+ years in implementation, project, or program management
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations
- Proven experience with MSP programs
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office
- Ability to manage project risks and competing priorities
Nice to have
- Experience with Pixid Pro VMS
- Background in professional services or workforce solutions
- Experience working in public-sector environments
