Collinear is expanding its simulation environments into the biosafety domain and needs a subject matter expert to lead this track. You will translate professional biosafety judgment into structured tasks and evaluators that measure how well AI models handle biological risk.
The team focuses on defining boundaries for model behavior, determining when to answer, hedge, or decline requests involving dual-use biology. You will work with engineers to encode workflows and ensure model trajectories reflect realistic practitioner scenarios.
What you'll do

- Write expert-level prompts and gold-standard reference answers
- Build rubrics and verifiers to define correct and safe responses
