You will own the final stage of music production, turning instrumentals and vocals into release-ready records. Your work ensures every track meets consistent loudness, tone, and quality standards before reaching millions of listeners worldwide.
The team operates at scale, processing a growing weekly catalogue. You will manage the pipeline from brief to master, using both traditional engineering skills and modern AI tools to maintain high output without sacrificing quality.
What you'll do
- Combine, align, tune, and edit vocals with instrumentals for a cohesive sound
- Master tracks to consistent streaming loudness and format standards
- Review every song before release, providing precise feedback or rejection
- Manage the production pipeline, tracking status and deadlines for all tracks
- Utilize stem separation and AI audio tools to increase speed and consistency
- Archive clean metadata and stems for every finished record
What you'll need
- 3+ years producing, mixing, or mastering commercially released music
- Experience with high-volume output in labels, distribution, or library music
- Proficiency in DAWs like Ableton, Logic, or Pro Tools
- Ability to align and tune vocals to fit unrelated instrumentals seamlessly
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tracks and remote freelancers
- Comfort working across diverse genres such as country, soul, reggae, and metal
- Capability to evaluate work against strict standards and provide structured feedback

- Experience using AI music generation or stem separation in release workflows
