We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Lead to drive the support and development of critical enterprise applications in the healthcare sector. You will provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and AI-driven solutions using the Microsoft stack.
The role requires collaborating with stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure application reliability and performance. You will guide troubleshooting efforts, implement best practices, and mentor teams in both Agile and operational support environments.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end support and delivery of enterprise applications and APIs
- Design and support RAG architectures for chatbot and document retrieval solutions
- Implement Azure OpenAI components including LLMs, embeddings, and GPT models
