Join ManTech as a Network Engineer III supporting the NSWC Corona Range Systems Department. You will manage IT efforts for the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN), designing architectures that integrate software, hardware, and communications while ensuring compliance with open systems standards.
What you'll do
- Determine system information requirements through analysis of enterprise-wide systems
- Design architecture covering software, hardware, and communications interfaces
- Ensure compatibility with OSI, ISO, and IEEE open systems standards
- Evaluate systemic problems and develop corrective actions for processes
- Define system scope and objectives for assigned projects
- Handle program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent experience
- Nine years of information technology experience
- Current active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent
- Ability to work onsite at a government facility in San Diego
Nice to have
- Master of Science Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Familiarity with the United States Navy
- Experience with NSWC Corona RS Division and NCTE
