This unique hiring track invites experienced builders to propose and lead a new product, initiative, or investment area at SentiLink. Instead of filling a predefined slot, the company collaborates with candidates to identify where their specific strengths can drive the most value. You will take ownership of your proposed idea from concept through execution, operating as a product leader, general manager, or hybrid operator.
What you'll do
- Propose a new product, initiative, or investment area for SentiLink
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and operations
- Own product direction, execution, and final outcomes
- Partner with leadership to prioritize and resource new initiatives
- Build zero-to-one products or scale early-stage business bets
What you'll need
- Deep experience in financial services or related industries
- Strong product instincts and business acumen
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear opportunities
- Proven track record of driving complex initiatives end-to-end
- Comfortable using data to inform strategic decisions
- Experience influencing stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups
