Join a team founded by security experts from SpaceX, Palantir, and Anduril to build next-generation AI cyber defense systems. You will work on a platform that uses generative AI agents to model digital twins of IT environments and identify vulnerabilities.
As an Offensive Security Engineer, you will continuously harden the product against advanced threats while encoding your penetration testing expertise into the system. This is not a research role; you will build and ship software daily in collaboration with core product engineers.
What you'll do
- Harden Wraithwatch company and product against advanced threats
- Teach the system expert attack tradecraft for autonomous execution
- Build and ship features daily with core product engineers
- Conduct complex penetration testing assessments
- Implement enterprise security controls and detection engineering
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional penetration testing experience
- Deep knowledge of offensive cyber tradecraft and EDR bypasses
- Experience with fileless attacks, beacon object files, and C2
- Background in implementing corporate security controls
- Strong interest in adapting AI to red teaming use cases
Nice to have
- Interest in modern machine learning and Generative AI
- Familiarity with agentic behavior and tool calling
- Knowledge of retrieval augmented generation
- Ability to handle ambiguity and learn new tech quickly
