What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional operational projects and coordinate timelines
- Manage resource allocation, team capacity, and project economics
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and streamline processes
- Implement AI-powered tools to improve productivity and reporting
- Own and optimize ClickUp as the primary project management platform
- Build operational dashboards and maintain accurate project data
- Coordinate daily execution across creative and technical teams
What you'll need
- 4–8 years in operations, consulting, or project management
- 3+ years experience in a marketing or digital agency required
- Strong hands-on expertise with ClickUp workflows and automations
- Experience implementing operational systems and dashboards
- Proven track record managing client delivery and creative ops
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Asana or Monday.com
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
