Lead a core operational domain by designing processes, metrics, and automations that scale volume without increasing headcount. You will collaborate with Engineering and Product to build tools and deploy automated agents for routine tasks.
What you'll do
- Handle operational cases to identify workflow breaks and define metrics
- Design and launch automations to test operating models
- Develop automated agents for routine work to free up staff
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to build operational tools
- Create escalation paths, SOPs, and maintain operational metrics
- Increase capacity and quality while keeping headcount flat
What you'll need
- At least 3 years in banking, fintech, payments, crypto, or consulting
- Experience shipping production automations or agents in live environments
- Proven track record owning operational domains end to end
- Knowledge of workflow automation and AI or LLM-enabled systems
- Experience defining operational metrics and building tools with engineers
- Familiarity with compliance, risk, financial crime, or payments
