Join Joko's Offer Operations team to maintain the engine behind millions of user transactions. You will monitor affiliate tracking and merchant performance, ensuring users receive their rewards accurately and promptly.
This position blends analytical rigor with operational strategy. You will design workflows, leverage AI for automation, and collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to resolve systemic issues.
What you'll do
- Build dashboards to monitor transaction health and user experience metrics
- Design merchant onboarding processes including cashback rates and qualifications
- Diagnose tracking failures and implement fixes via AI or internal tools
- Manage and train outsourced teams to handle operational tasks at scale
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on structural system improvements
What you'll need
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Product, or data-driven roles
- Proficient in using AI tools to automate repetitive work and increase speed
- Strong analytical skills for navigating dashboards and investigating anomalies
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts like APIs and integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Background from a top-tier engineering or business school
