This is a freelance position involving asynchronous remote collaboration. Candidates must be based in the EU or UK and available for 8-20 hours weekly.
What you'll do
- Review and refine AI outputs on organizational design and transformation
- Assess accuracy and practicality of AI-driven organizational strategies
- Develop real-world use cases and change management techniques
- Create scenario variations for restructuring, mergers, or scaling
- Identify gaps or risks in AI recommendations with structured feedback
- Influence AI interpretation of industry best practices and compliance
What you'll need
- Experienced in organizational design, change management, or HR
- Background in executing complex organizational transformations

- Deep knowledge of organizational structures and risk mitigation
- Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to give actionable feedback
