Join a modern, AI-powered creative team as the packaging authority for an industry-leading consumer goods brand. You will own the strategy and execution of packaging across retail, Amazon, and eCommerce channels, ensuring all assets are compliant and production-ready.
The position requires close collaboration with Marketing, New Product Development, and Purchasing teams. You will manage projects from brief to final proof approval, maintaining high standards for typography, layout, and structural specifications.
What you'll do
- Manage packaging projects from brief to production-ready files for multiple sales channels.
- Create and adapt dielines with accurate structure, bleed, and color profiles.
- Maintain packaging guidelines including typography, layout rules, and material specs.
- Review digital and physical proofs for copy, color, and regulatory compliance errors.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain organized final assets in Bynder.
- Design supplementary materials like instruction manuals and product illustrations.
- Adapt campaign concepts for social media, web, email, and Amazon A+ Content.
- Support product photography, retouching, and create photorealistic 3D renders.
- Use AI tools to accelerate asset adaptation, background generation, and upscaling.
What you'll need
- At least four years of experience in packaging design or production.
- Strong ability to create dielines from scratch with structural accuracy.
- Experience with 3D rendering tools such as Adobe Dimension or Blender.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proven track record of building or maintaining packaging brand standards.
- Deep understanding of proofing, print production, and file preparation.
- Working knowledge of Bynder or similar Digital Asset Management platforms.
- Active use of AI tools for design adaptation and production efficiency.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Nice to have
- Background in CPG, hard goods, pest control, or household products.
- Experience supporting New Product Development teams from brief to production.
- Familiarity with Amazon packaging or eCommerce image requirements.
- Proficiency in Spanish or French languages.

How you'll work
- 100% remote work based in the Philippines.
