As a founding Partner AI Deployment Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical counterpart for Eliza's collaboration with OpenAI. You will work directly with business executives to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into working prototypes and compelling technical experiences.
The role requires leading enablement workshops, partnering with OpenAI teams on customer engagements, and creating reusable assets from successful projects. You will bridge the gap between business priorities and technical possibilities, ensuring confidence in AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Engage business leaders to identify valuable AI applications
- Translate business problems into working technical concepts
- Build plugins, prototypes, and demos for specific industries
- Lead AI enablement and art-of-the-possible workshops
- Partner with OpenAI teams for customer meetings and events
- Create reusable workshop assets and technical playbooks
- Transition qualified delivery work to deployment managers
What you'll need
- Strong experience building AI apps, agents, or API integrations
- Background in customer-facing engineering or solutions architecture
- Ability to establish credibility with business executives
- Strong product and commercial judgment for value creation
- Comfort working independently on ambiguous ideas
- Willingness to travel for workshops and events
