Join Pasito as a Fullstack Engineer specializing in user interface development for an AI-driven benefits platform. You will collaborate with Product and Design teams to create intuitive, high-performance experiences that simplify complex insurance data for users.
This role offers deep ownership of UI architecture and the chance to define how AI software feels in a regulated industry. You will work on rich editing tools and real-time collaboration features used by major US carriers and brokers.
What you'll do
- Own and develop complex, state-rich user interface systems
- Build rich editing and collaboration tools using ProseMirror or Tiptap
- Integrate AI and LLM-powered workflows into data-dense UIs
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate customer needs into solutions
- Refine engineering patterns and set quality standards for the team
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience building complex web applications
- Strong focus on frontend development and user-facing systems
- Deep expertise with ProseMirror or Tiptap for rich text editors
- Experience with Yjs for real-time collaboration and local-first apps
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM workflows into products
