Continuity is Rad AI’s care coordination platform that ensures actionable radiology findings lead to completed patient follow-ups. As a Program Advisor, you will leverage your navigation expertise to help customers design effective follow-up programs while guiding internal product decisions.

You will partner with implementation teams to configure worklists and train staff, ensuring the software reflects real-world clinical workflows. Your insights will help automate routine steps, making high-quality follow-up accessible to smaller practices.

What you'll do

  • Design customer follow-up programs based on staffing, referral patterns, and EHR capabilities.
  • Advise on configuration settings such as worklist setup, letter templates, and outreach cadences.
  • Support navigator training and user acceptance testing prior to go-live events.
  • Serve as the primary clinical resource for customer navigation teams during initial launch phases.
  • Provide navigator perspectives on product requirements, design reviews, and feature prioritization.
  • Review follow-up recommendations and categorization alongside the internal clinical team.
  • Determine which follow-up steps require clinical judgment versus those suitable for automation.
  • Codify successful program strategies into training materials, playbooks, and benchmarks.

What you'll need

  • At least two years of experience in radiology follow-up, navigation, or care coordination.
  • Proven experience designing follow-up programs and leading the staff who execute them.
  • Hands-on experience managing follow-up worklists and tracking patients to completion.
  • Comfort working across various EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
  • Understanding of how orders, results, and patient communication flow within health systems.
  • Willingness to provide direct product feedback and advocate for user experience.
  • Self-directed work style with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Availability during US business hours for customer-facing sessions.

Nice to have
