Join Deepgram's People team to design and build systems that sit on top of traditional HR infrastructure. You will transform high-friction, repetitive tasks into scalable, intelligent workflows using AI, automation, and APIs. Working directly with the Head of People, you will create solutions that allow employees and managers to self-serve without constant HR intervention.
What you'll do
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across People Operations
- Build a scalable, AI-first onboarding experience for new hires
- Convert manual workflows into automated, AI-powered systems
- Develop AI agents to answer questions and initiate processes
- Integrate AI systems with HRIS, Slack, and other internal tools
- Create internal interfaces to simplify processes for employees
- Prototype quickly, test with users, and iterate based on feedback
- Implement human-in-the-loop controls and security safeguards
- Collaborate with Engineering and IT on architecture and productionizing
- Measure impact on time savings and employee experience quality
What you'll need
- Comfortable adopting new AI models and integrating them into workflows
- Excited to experiment, adapt, and learn in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to think on your feet rather than seeking prescriptive tasks
- Experience building secure and scalable technical solutions
- Willingness to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools daily
