You will lead the systems and frameworks that drive performance across ActAI, focusing on high reliability and minimal prompting for AI-native applications. This position requires leading company-wide OKR planning, analyzing people and operational data, and ensuring company values are reflected in hiring and development practices.
What you'll do
- Own and improve the company's performance management framework
- Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and quarterly reviews
- Design scalable people processes to boost organizational effectiveness
- Analyze people and operational data to identify trends and outcomes
- Build dashboards and reports for organizational performance insights
- Define business requirements for HR systems and workflow automation
- Partner with leaders to enhance team performance and execution
- Develop frameworks for reviews, calibration, and career development
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in People Ops, Analytics, or Organizational Effectiveness
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Background in designing performance frameworks or OKRs
- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking abilities
- Ability to write clear business requirements for workflows
- Strong project management skills for multiple initiatives
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
