Join the US Loans team to shape a new product built on Lendable’s existing lending platform. You will work alongside experienced engineers to integrate new APIs, optimize platforms, and contribute to architectural decisions. The team values autonomy and uses data and AI to streamline financial processes.
What you'll do
- Build and integrate new APIs to enhance customer journeys
- Optimize existing lending platforms for performance
- Participate in deep architectural discussions
- Shape new products within the US Loans team
- Collaborate with experienced engineers on domain systems
What you'll need
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with modern PHP 8.0+
- Proficiency with Symfony or Laravel frameworks
- Solid automated testing skills including Behat
- Understanding of Domain Driven Design principles
- High degree of ownership and autonomy in work
Nice to have
- Previous experience working on financial systems
- Knowledge of Message-Driven Systems
- Experience with Event Sourcing architectures
