Join a team creating high-quality STEM training data for frontier AI models. Your work will directly improve model reasoning in technical domains at leading AI labs by providing challenging, deterministic physics problems.
You will design advanced problems that test deep physical reasoning rather than memorization. Each task requires a single verifiable answer and a complete, documented solution.
What you'll do
- Design advanced physics problems for AI training and evaluation
- Create deterministic tasks with exactly one correct answer
- Write complete, verified solutions with clear reasoning
- Develop problems requiring multi-step physical analysis
- Use Python to build simulations or computational workflows
- Ensure all outputs are precise, reproducible, and in English
What you'll need
- Master’s or PhD in Physics or closely related field
- Strong research or industry experience in physics
- Proficient in Python and scientific libraries like NumPy
- Solid understanding of modeling and numerical methods
- Ability to design original, difficult physics problems
- Excellent attention to detail and technical writing skills
Nice to have
- Experience with simulation or domain-specific physics software
- Background in computational physics or quantum mechanics
- Experience evaluating model reasoning or benchmarking
