Join the engineering team to build and automate scalable cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise AI, Data Science, and application workloads. You will drive Infrastructure as Code initiatives, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and integrate security controls into deployment processes.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines with a shift-left approach
- Implement security and compliance policies in cloud resources and repositories
- Support deployment automation across containerized clusters and data platforms
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, pipeline, and production issues
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on technical best practices
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in AWS Platform Engineering or DevOps
- 5+ years of hands-on Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation
- 5+ years supporting Kubernetes and containerized orchestration environments
- 5+ years of scripting experience using Python, Bash, or Shell
- 5+ years of Linux/Unix system administration experience
- 3+ years of CI/CD experience with tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins
- Strong understanding of AWS networking, security, and architecture patterns
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Downtown Houston
