Join the Builder Experience Team at OnePay, a fintech platform backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital. You will design platform services and internal tooling that enhance engineering velocity and support intelligent, automated workflows across the product ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Design and operate core platform services for high-scale distributed systems
- Develop internal developer tooling to improve reliability and observability
- Build frameworks supporting the orchestration of agentic applications
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation to increase deployment confidence
What you'll need
- 2-9 years in software engineering, fintech, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience building developer platforms or internal engineering tooling
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and asynchronous processing
- Production experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure
- Proven track record designing agentic developer tools or automation
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery
