Join the Platform Engineering team at Turquoise Health to build and operate the infrastructure supporting real-world healthcare outcomes. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to establish best practices in observability, reliability, and scalability while contributing to the evolution of internal tooling and workflows.
What you'll do
- Manage container environments on Amazon EKS and maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions
- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to ensure consistent and automated deployments
- Track SLIs and SLOs while participating in on-call rotations and incident response
- Support root cause analysis, post-mortems, and disaster recovery planning
- Maintain monitoring and logging stacks using Datadog, Sentry, and CloudWatch
- Collaborate on infrastructure decisions and build internal self-service workflows
What you'll need
- Three or more years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
- Working knowledge of core AWS services including VPC, IAM, EKS, and RDS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane
- Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD and automation pipelines
- Exposure to running Kubernetes clusters and managing deployments via GitOps and Helm
- Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Sentry, CloudWatch, or Grafana
- Ability to write Python scripts for automating infrastructure tasks and workflows
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
