Lead the QA chapter at JustPlay, ensuring seamless performance for millions of users across mobile devices and regions. You will balance hands-on test automation with mentoring engineers to elevate quality standards.
The team focuses on core app features like payments, live events, and rewards. You will implement AI-driven testing strategies and foster a quality-first culture within engineering and product teams.
What you'll do
- Own the full QA lifecycle from planning to defect management
- Mentor QA engineers and establish clear quality processes
- Design automated test suites for key user flows like login
- Drive adoption of AI-driven and predictive testing methods
- Partner with product and design teams early in release cycles
- Implement regression testing using tools like Appium or Maestro
- Validate backend integrations using contract testing approaches
- Conduct performance testing to ensure smooth mobile experiences
What you'll need
- At least 5 years in QA for mobile apps or platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading QA teams
- Strong background in automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient with mobile debugging tools like Android Studio
- Experience with network analysis tools such as Charles
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Notion
- Ability to build scalable QA processes in fast-paced environments
- Interest in applying AI-assisted testing technologies
Nice to have
- Experience with backend integration testing and API monitoring
