Join Rainforest as a Platform Success Manager to help small-to-mid sized software platforms monetize payments efficiently. You will manage client integrations, optimize their margins, and provide strategic advice to drive adoption without adding operational burdens.
What you'll do
- Guide clients through integration from setup to go-live
- Advise on payment processing best practices and margin optimization
- Develop strategies to achieve client business goals
- Analyze client data to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide expert go-to-market and pricing advice
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Monitor metrics for satisfaction, retention, and revenue
What you'll need
- 5+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience in embedded payments industry preferred
- Strong understanding of PayFac models
- Deep knowledge of credit card and ACH processing
- Proven track record in growing embedded payments
- High emotional intelligence and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Data-focused with creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
