Join Voodoo's Growth team to create engaging playable ads that drive user acquisition and conversions. You will convert existing games into lightweight, interactive HTML experiences using Unity and other tools, ensuring high performance across ad networks.
The team focuses on operational excellence and creativity, working with diverse squads to adapt to market trends. You will collaborate with coordinators and designers to produce scalable ad formats for hypercasual and casual titles.
What you'll do
- Convert existing mobile games into interactive playable ad experiences
- Optimize ads for scalability, adaptability, and user experience
- Integrate analytics solutions to measure interactions and insights
- Build customizable interactive templates for graphic designers
- Benchmark competitor strategies and experiment with new ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tools and processes
What you'll need
- Proficient in creating playable ads or size-optimized Unity projects
- Experience with Unity (Luna), Cocos Creator, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and web game dev
- Fluent in English, both written and oral communication
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Deep familiarity with hypercasual and casual mobile gaming markets
- Creative mindset with solid understanding of game design principles
Nice to have
- Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs and mobile game analytics
- Experience with A/B testing in mobile gaming contexts
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code
- Experience with AI asset generation tools such as Scenario or Flux
