You will support the design, testing, and management of clinical applications such as Electronic Health Records and Laboratory Information Systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuring software to match clinical workflows, and performing data analysis for business functions.
What you'll do
- Support design, building, testing, and management of clinical application systems
- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance for clinical users
- Adapt software configurations to meet clinical practice standards
- Create or update written protocols in collaboration with clinicians
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support clinical functions
- Manage critical data file transfers to insurance carriers and student systems
- Handle access management tasks as part of daily operations
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA, FERPA, and medical confidentiality rules
- Ability to write SQL queries including joins and aggregations
- Experience translating business needs into technical reports
- Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard design
- Proficiency in Linux, Mac, and Windows environments
- Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Clear criminal background check and health clearance required

How you'll work
- Work hours typically between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
- Shifts do not exceed 8 hours per day
