Join the Productions team at ElevenLabs, the managed services division supporting creators and media businesses. You will lead audio engineers in delivering human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and voice solutions across multiple languages using AI tools.
This position focuses on high-quality audio production, client collaboration, and technical mentorship. You will ensure optimal cloning quality and guide customers through complex audio workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a team of talented Audio Engineers
- Create and refine custom voices for customers using various techniques
- Clean and edit customer audio to ensure optimal generation quality
- Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on internal tools
- Join customer calls to support creative direction and workflows
What you'll need
- 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, or mixing
- Experience working directly with clients or technical stakeholders
- Strong proficiency with DAWs such as Pro Tools, Reaper, or Logic
- Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, and clarity
- Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear audio solutions
