You will serve as the primary technical contact for Replit's highest-value customers, ensuring rapid resolution of critical incidents. This position requires deep debugging skills and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure while shaping support workflows for an AI-driven development platform.
What you'll do
- Deliver swift, high-priority support to Premium customers within strict SLAs
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the Replit platform
- Escalate high-impact bugs to Product and Engineering teams for timely fixes
- Lead customer communications during outages or critical incidents
- Identify recurring problems and collaborate internally to reduce resolution time
- Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and documentation improvements
- Mentor other support engineers to raise team responsiveness and quality
What you'll need
- 3+ years in technical support, developer support, or systems engineering
- Experience providing rapid-response support to enterprise or high-value clients
- Strong debugging skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills under time pressure
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Linear, Slack, and debugging utilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority issues while maintaining accuracy
- Proactive mindset with genuine empathy for customers building on Replit
Nice to have
- Used Replit personally in the last 3 to 6 months
- Experience working with IDEs, terminals, or common developer tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
