Aptura, a London-based firm founded by professionals from Lazard, McKinsey, and Partners Group, studies how AI impacts professional work in finance and advisory sectors. We are looking for subject matter experts with deep experience in presentation services to help us understand where AI tools succeed or fail in producing high-quality decks.
In this role, you will leverage your background in deck production to design precise tasks that test AI systems. You will create realistic scenarios based on your own work, ensuring there is a clear correct answer and a rigorous grading checklist for automated evaluation.
What you'll do
- Design realistic PowerPoint tasks based on actual production work experiences
- Create decks from source documents, fill corporate templates, and make precise edits
- Complete each task personally to establish a clear and correct reference answer
- Develop precise yes-or-no checklists for AI graders to evaluate attempts accurately
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in presentation services or deck production
- Background working with finance or advisory teams at banks or consultancies
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including native charts, tables, and templates
- Ability to precisely define correctness criteria for objective grading
- Strong writing skills with a commitment to human-authored content only
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn AI and data concepts
