As a Principal Product Manager, you will define the future of Absorb’s Enterprise Customer Education segment. You will blend strategy, creativity, and analytical rigor to uncover opportunities and turn concepts into business outcomes.
This individual contributor role involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to scale customer training. You will guide teams through influence, ensuring alignment and delivering impactful results in the B2B SaaS space.
What you'll do
- Own and evangelize segment strategy for customer education markets
- Use data and research to identify and size new opportunities
- Partner with design and engineering to prototype and test ideas
- Build data-backed business cases to align senior leadership
- Provide dotted-line leadership and coaching to other PMs
- Explore AI technologies to enhance customer learning effectiveness
- Act as a thought leader for customer education within the organization
What you'll need
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Track record of shaping strategy and driving business outcomes
- Experience in early-stage or 0-1 product environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with executives and teams
- Comfort working across design, engineering, and GTM teams
- Fluency in AI and emerging technologies

- Experience in customer education or enablement domains
- Background in learning technology sectors
