Join Tactiq, a Series A SaaS company transforming meetings into actionable outcomes for over one million users. As a Principal Product Manager, you will own strategy and execution for key initiatives like Growth, Core AI, or Monetization.
This is a builder-focused position where you will prototype with AI tools, run experiments, and analyze data directly. You will work in a small, autonomous team that values shipping fast and learning continuously over traditional documentation processes.
What you'll do
- Prototype features using AI tools like Cursor or Claude
- Design and execute A/B tests with clear success metrics
- Analyze user data directly via Mixpanel and SQL queries
- Conduct weekly user interviews for continuous discovery
- Ship MVPs and iterate based on measured results
- Own product strategy for specific growth or core initiatives
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in product management roles
- 3+ years working in B2B SaaS product-led growth
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI features
- Technical ability to build dashboards and query data
- Proven track record of running end-to-end A/B tests
- Deep understanding of PLG mechanics and activation loops
- Preference for shipping prototypes over writing specs
Nice to have
- Experience as a founding or sole PM at a startup
- Background with Chrome extensions or browser products
- Knowledge of AI agents, MCPs, or workflow automations
- Previous work on meeting or collaboration tools
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams ecosystems
