You will serve as the central engine for Product Operations, owning the tools, reporting, and processes that enable product teams to plan and deliver effectively. This position bridges strategy and execution by maintaining consistent workflows and data visibility across the organization.
What you'll do
- Administer core product management and roadmapping platforms like Aha! or Productboard
- Maintain integrations between product tools and engineering work-tracking systems like Jira
- Build dashboards to track roadmap status, delivery progress, and portfolio health
- Define and monitor product operations metrics such as cycle time and tool adoption
- Design repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, and intake workflows
- Create templates and playbooks to reduce administrative burden for product managers
- Facilitate cross-functional handoffs between Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM
- Translate high-level strategy into concrete, trackable roadmaps and planning cadences
What you'll need
- Ten or more years in Product Operations, Business Ops, or Product Management
- Hands-on experience with roadmapping tools like Aha!, Productboard, or Jira Product Discovery
- Familiarity with work-tracking systems such as Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to build reports using Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets, or Excel
- Experience designing and documenting repeatable operational processes
- Working knowledge of PDLC, SDLC, and prioritization frameworks like RICE or WSJF
- Strong analytical skills to transform scattered data into actionable insights
- Comfort using LLM-based tools to optimize workflows and research tasks
