You will analyze internal and external products to identify new functionalities and bottlenecks. Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers, you will use data to optimize features and support the roadmap for an AI-powered resource planner.
What you'll do
- Analyze product usage data to find trends and friction points
- Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities
- Develop reports and dashboards for key performance metrics
- Collaborate with teams to enhance features using data insights
- Conduct A/B testing to validate new functionalities
- Provide insights to support product roadmap decisions
- Identify and address bottlenecks in user flows
What you'll need
- Around 3+ years in product analytics or business intelligence
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, or R
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
