You will join the Wellfunnel team to enhance an internal platform that powers marketing growth experiments. Working with two other designers, you will optimize onboarding funnels, payment options, and checkout experiences for users in over 24 countries.
Your designs will drive conversion and revenue across Welltech’s portfolio, including Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to iterate based on data and user research.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope roadmaps and prioritize hypotheses
- Manage end-to-end design from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes
- Iterate on design experiments for landing pages, payments, and checkout flows
- Create mobile-first, user-centered visual designs and interfaces
- Use product analytics to guide decisions on conversion and retention
- Contribute to collaborative ideation sessions and design critiques
- Work autonomously while integrating with cross-functional teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience designing web funnel experiences for Growth or Marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and auto-layouts
- Strong track record of using and iterating on existing Design Systems
- Comfortable using analytics tools like Amplitude or Tableau for experimentation
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into design tests
- Experience running usability tests on platforms like Maze or Great Question
- Understanding of user psychology and behavioral design principles
- Active interest in using AI tools to improve design workflows
Nice to have
- Background in health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness sectors
- Experience designing native mobile app experiences
